Our Story & Legacy
Surf Costa was born from a simple passion: sharing the incredible beauty, unique adventure, and authentic culture of Costa Rica with travelers from around the world. Founded by a group of close friends over 20 years ago, we've grown from a small surf camp into a trusted name in Costa Rican tourism.
What started as an idea for a more customizable surf camp has evolved into a full-service vacation experience, complete with modern accommodations, customized tour packages, and authentic local adventures. But despite our growth, we've never lost sight of what makes us special: personal attention, local expertise, and a genuine love for nature and what we do.
Every guest who stays with us becomes part of our extended family. We take pride in creating memories that last a lifetime, whether it's catching your first wave, spotting a sloth in the wild, or watching an epic sunset with your loved ones.
